If your family is interested in joining Logos Classical Christian Co-Op for the upcoming year, please fill out the form below. After review, a Board Member will contact you to schedule a face-to-face meeting and discuss next steps.

About your Child(ren):

In order for the best success, it is recommended for each child to have his/her own textbooks for each subject. Will you purchase the necessary books for each child and pay all administrative fees?

Volunteer Agreement:

As Logos Classical Christian Co-Op is a parent-led program, parents/guardians are required to volunteer on the days their children attend.

All volunteers are required to undergo a background check and/or fingerprinting process at your own expense.
